A decade ago, Trevlyn and Jumbo invested in a Sportsmobile – a customized Ford 4x4 van designed for comfortable outdoor living. It was capable of traversing rugged trails to secluded wilderness. We truly enjoyed that van.
But time passes. Recently we modernized to a Ford AWD Transit outfitted by Field Van. Our first excursion was to California’s Carrizo Plain.

Gratitude!
We have known Kurt and Susan for many years and cherish their friendship. Kurt excelled at nature, action and people photography and won awards for his work. He truly enjoyed connecting, via the camera, with the local community and the spectacular environment that surrounds their home.
After his passing, Susan offered me some of his camera equipment. When looking through the collection, it soon became apparent that Kurt was very discerning in his choice of gear. I became the immensely appreciative recipient of some quality Nikon, Gitzo, and RRS products. These items travel with us and are used regularly.
I am extremely grateful for Susan’s generosity and think of Kurt every time I use his equipment. He is, in fact, co-author of the images.
